This position is an in-home sales consultant and focused on selling our Foundation Repair & Concrete Repair services directly to home & business owners. You will actively inspect homes & properties, close sales, provide exceptional customer service, and become an intricate component of our team environment.

It’s essential that our sales reps have excellent communication skills and are personable and professional. Our ideal candidate will be a quick learner with common sense, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our services in a compelling way.

As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for consulting with home and business owners, inspecting & diagnosing the issues they are experiencing with their home or property, educating customers about our services, and presenting the best solutions to fix their problem. Construction and landscaping design or sales experience and/or knowledge is preferred, but not required - we will train you!

Objectives and Responsibilities of This Role:

• Travel to and meet with customers at their home or business using your personal vehicle
• Conduct inspections in order to identify and diagnose foundation and concrete issues
• Prepare proposals and cost estimates for properties based on accurate field verifications, measurements, and analyses
• Present and explain solutions to customers
• Sell our solutions to customers to fix their foundation and concrete issues
• Report on sales activity through our CRM database
• Follow-up on all lost bids to close or identify reasons for not closing
• Attend weekly sales department meetings and trainings

Qualifications The We Need From You:

• Sales experience in construction, home improvement, or home services is preferred, but not required
• Being able to, and comfortable with, entering a crawl space underneath a house
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Experience using computers and apps for a variety of tasks
• Personal integrity, transparency and honesty
• Punctuality and dependability
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
