This is a 2nd shift position 4:15PM-2:45AM Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setup and operation of mill and machines.
• Ensure flow of operations to efficiently yield production.
• Determine faulty areas and fix as needed to form pieces correctly.
• Cut, weld, and run material through machines as needed.
• Perform roll and die changes.
• Prepare proper labels for production and ensure stamps are correct.
• Perform continuous quality checks and audits.
• Assist with physical inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of area to provide safe and effective working space.
• Maintain integrity of equipment and report issues to supervisor or maintenance
• Assist in all areas as needed (material handling) for ultimate performance of Mill operations.

Professional Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience operating machines and/or mechanical

work.

• Able to troubleshoot basic machine issues.

• Ability to proactively resolve issues and scale it when needed.

• CNC/Welding/ Mechanical experience is highly desirable.

• Able to read schematics or blueprints is desirable.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure accuracy.

• Must be able to use measuring devices.

• Commitment to safety and to adhere to all safety rules.

• Demonstrates ability to work in team, treat colleagues with respect and has a high level

of accountability / punctuality.

• Willingness to be cross-trained and rotate through all business functions as required by

business needs.

• Proven record of strong attendance.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Experience with SAP preferred

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
