The basic role of a Resident Services Coordinator is to assist direct care staff with resident's activities of daily living in accordance with the established procedures and as directed by the supervisor. RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Orientation, training, and assisting with scheduling of all staff.
- Complete assigned Observations and Progress Notes.
- Coordinates with Activities for programs, activities, and social events for residents.
- Ensure that the social needs of the residents and family members have been met.
- Coordinate volunteers and community integration.
- Assist in the development of the service plan.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Wellness or Administrator.
