HAWTHORN WOODS AUTO SERVICE is Hiring an Office Manager Near Zurich, IL

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record in office management. Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes - Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping - Communicate effectively with staff members, clients, and vendors - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members - Coordinate and plan office events, meetings, and conferences - Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships - Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks - Process payroll and manage employee time tracking systems - Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff members - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications: - Proven experience in medical office management or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software/tools - Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation - Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management - Ability to plan and execute events or meetings successfully - Familiarity with payroll systems and processes - Previous experience in team management or supervision is preferred - Proficient in schedule management to ensure timely completion of tasks - Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and record keeping We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
