Letters of application, recommendations and/or references, ability to work as a team member and previous experience with middle school age children is preferred.
Applicants must hold, or be eligible for, a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL), including ESL/Bilingual (Spanish) endorsements/approval of ELS/TBE license and Social Science (Grade 5 through 8) and/or Science (Grade 5 - 8) endorsement. Experience with the Bilingual/ESL program is preferred. Past experience teaching the specific class will be considered first. If no previous teaching experience in the specific class, recent coursework or student teaching in the subject will be considered. The ability to speak Spanish is required.

Salary: As per current teacher salary schedule
