Hawley Troxell has an immediate opening for a full-time receptionist in our Coeur d'Alene office. Must have general clerical experience, strong technology skills, and be detail oriented with superior organizational skills. This position works directly with staff, attorneys, and clients answering phones and greeting clients, calendaring appointments and deadlines, and other general clerical duties. The qualified candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with individuals at all levels. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing) preferred but not required. EOE.
