ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Keep track and process annual and interim re certifications
Assist customer (phone and walk ins)
Screen applications, certify, and validate
Fill vacancies
Work with Property Manager and Resident Manager
Filing
Enter information in Database (HUD TRACKING)
Compliance
Follow-up with tenants
Meet deadlines
Complete task in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one tow three months experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understandings to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Tax Credit Specialist - C3P (designations) and/or Certified Occupancy Specialist - COS
