Description Overview:
TEKsystems is looking for a Sr. Knowledge Manager with strong automation experience. The Army implemented A365 suite into their environment, where they need a Lead KM consultant that has Power automate experience to help drive the utilization of this MS product. They are taking quantitative data to put it into visual charts. Last year, they started utilizing Power BI, where the Army decided they wanted more, so now, they need someone to help drive business intelligence via Power automate to integrate A365 to synchronize in their environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business related field of study.
• At start date, must possess current IAT Level II Certification. One or more of the following certifications in ACTIVE status are acceptable: o CySA o CCNA-Security o CND o Security CE o SSCP o GICSP o GSEC
• 5- 8 years of experience serving as a Knowledge Manager or functioning in a KM role or commensurate experience.
• Proven experience with SharePoint development and managing knowledge management systems.
• Detailed understanding of KM principles and their applications within a large organization, particularly assessing, designing, and implementing KM strategies.
• Proficient with Power Apps, Power Automate, with the ability to integrate these applications to enhance business processes.
• Strong communication skills at all levels, and experience interfacing with senior officials.
• Ability to evaluate data to quickly identify problems, issues, and gaps.
