Hawaiian Telcom is Hiring a Brand Operations Manager I Near Honolulu, HI

Job Purpose:

The Brand Operations Manager will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customers/Partners to drive awareness for products and services in the market. This position supports both the Consumer and Business Markets with a focus on the event strategy, design, execution and operations of the business's lead management processes. The Brand Operations Manager will have will produce event data, metrics and reporting as a part of the role.

Essential Functions:

  • Program (Event) Activation Planning. Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to plan programs, events, and promotional activities aimed at strategically increasing market brand awareness and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effectiveness of programs and events.
  • Lead process improvement opportunities Program (Event) Execution.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure effective execution of programs and event presence. Lead logistical planning and coordination for planned programs and events.
  • Track results of event specific marketing activities to ensure goals are both met and exceeded as often as possible.
  • Utilize marketing and sales tools in order to use data available data to strategically plan and execute programs and events.
  • Marketing Support - Coordinate with Marketing and Support teams to execute tactics and logistics of business marketing plans through but not limited to the following: Client seminars, events, and trade shows.
  • Sponsorships of grass root marketing programs.
  • Lead generation programs Promotional videos.
  • Competitive Analysis - Remains current on local market requirements, latest competitive product information and technology trends.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy of the team. Collaborate on initiatives for overall company goals.

Education:

Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Relevant Work Experience:

1 to 3 years in related field
