Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and ensuring quality standards are upheld. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
-Update the progress into Builder Trend online platform
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular project updates
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including heavy bidding, blueprint reading, construction estimating, building codes, etc.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Builder Trend or similar tools
- Familiarity with design software such as Civil 3D is a plus but not required
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective project coordination
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts as they arise
