- Working with Group on delivery of machines to port.
- Port/ Freight Carrier communication and negotiation.
- Creating service orders for all machines
- Providing freight quotes to Customer Operations team.
- Ensuring all paperwork is generated and accurate.
- Scheduling freight for all incoming and outgoing machines.
- Certificate of Origins for machines requiring titling.
- Creating POs in AIP for all parties
- Procuring that all the machines are in the correct physical and digital location.
- Procuring that all the machines have the correct description in the system.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer Service
- Ability to work independently in a group setting.
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel.
- High level Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
- Detail-Oriented ability to ensure correct records.
- Active Listening
- Time Management
- The ability to shift back and forth between two or more activities or sources of information without loss of productivity or accuracy.
- The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
- Effective communication across cultural and departmental barriers.
- Willingness to work outside of normal work hours on case-by-case basis.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with international shipping providers.
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, transportation laws/regulations, and policies in international shipping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
