Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing a team of sales clerks, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, wireless sales experience, and the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations
- Utilize cash register and perform cash handling duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Proven experience in managing a retail store or similar environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of wireless sales industry trends and products is a plus
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
