Position Status: Contract through Staffing Agency
Job summary
This position is primarily responsible for controlling inventory parts and orders. Receiving and shipping packages with UPS and FedEx. Inputting data into CRM for receiving packages, spare parts, returns and exchanges, keeping track of all loaner units, ordering supplies, QA photos when shipping and other various duties.

Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or GED required;
- Associate degree or some college preferred;
Experience
- 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Check-in / Shipping / Inventory management experience preferred
Knowledge
- Inventory knowledge preferred;
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, Emails required;
- Computer proficiency required;
- The ability to count required
- Basic math skills required

Physical demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach, handle the products and use fingers to pick, pinch and identify the products, occasionally required to stoop to pick up the products. The position requires constant talking and hearing.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, color vision, field of vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee will be expected to work in the warehouse and perform cycle counts for the products.
The position has medium lifting requirements. The job required frequent lifting of up to 15 pounds, and occasionally up to 65 pounds (HB scanner) for a maximum of 50 feet.
Equipment and tools
The equipment and tools used for this job including computer, scanner, measuring weight scale, printer and transportation cart.
Environmental Conditions
The job operates in a warehouse environment. Employees are occasionally exposed to dust when handle products, and explosive hazards from the possibility of battery explosion.
Expected working days and hours
This is a fulltime position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30pm. Occasional evening and weekend work maybe required as duties demand.
Travel
Little or no travel is expected for this position
Work authorization/Security clearance
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
