**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our Pearland and League City location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Duties:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

- Supervise staff and provide excellent training

- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Monitor food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting

- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus

- Ability to handle food service management responsibilities effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Hospitality-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
