Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions and supporting the overall HR strategy of the company. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding - Assist in developing and implementing workforce management strategies to optimize employee productivity and engagement - Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for new hires - Administer benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on benefit options - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations - Assist in talent management initiatives, including employee development, training programs, and succession planning - Utilize Dayforce or similar HRIS system to manage employee data and generate reports - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices - Assist with the administration of contracts, including reviewing terms and conditions, ensuring compliance, and managing renewals - Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance - Manage leave administration processes, including FMLA requests and accommodations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role - Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and employment laws - Experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce or similar) for data management and reporting - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive pay based on experience along with a comprehensive benefits package.
