As the Manager On Duty, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring exceptional customer service. ```Duties```
- Manage and supervise staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operation of all departments
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Train and develop team members to provide outstanding service
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with other managers to achieve business goals

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment is a plus
