Description

Job Summary:

• Responsible for designing and developing software systems and applications - create software or products tailored to a specific need.
• Act as high-level decision makers in the process, determining everything from design choices to technical standards, such as platforms and coding standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Define standards frameworks and solutions, within best practices, for the development’s teams to follow.
• Guide teams to best practices within technology
• Oversee and review solutions that are put in place by development.
• Ensure best practices are followed.
• Assist in selection of tools that facilitate the creation, management, and support of software.
• Lead design/development of core framework components that can be reused in other solutions.
• POC’s and R&D development, lead team in the creation of POCs and new technology research.

Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
• Previous experience building large scale projects with Java, Python, Salesforce and Mulesoft
• Willing and able to work with a variety of programming languages.
• Experience with Linux production environments
• Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL and Postgres
• Strong opinions backed by proven experience on how systems should be built.

Supervisory Responsibility

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $150K/annum to $160K/Annum
