HARTZ Search invites you to explore an exciting opportunity with our client, TMC Health, in Tucson, AZ, for the Vice President of Ancillary Services. This position is accountable to the Chief Executive Officer, and it involves managing the day-to-day operations of the hospital and other ancillary services within the organization. The role also involves developing outpatient service lines, including but not limited to Pharmacy, Radiology, Food and Nutrition, Wound Care, Infusion, Pain, Therapies, Laboratory, Cath Lab, Cancer Care, and Hospice at Tucson Medical Center (TMC) and El Dorado.

TMCOne is the fastest growing network of clinics providing family and specialty care, with more than 17 clinics, 100 doctors & specialists, and two urgent cares. In addition to these facilities, TMC Health also serves a large portion of southern Arizona with Benson Hospital, Northern Cochise Community Hospital, Rincon Health Campus and Rincon Neighborhood Hospital, currently under construction as part of TMC Health family.

The Vice President of Ancillary Services provides valuable input to the TMC CEO for the continuous improvement of ancillary operations. They also ensure that TMC meets its goals and objectives related to quality, safety, patient experience, people, growth, and stewardship. In addition, the VP directs the development and implementation of operational procedures and controls that promote communication and excellent information flow throughout the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Degree preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of Multi-hospital leadership required
