- Required Education: Masters degree in Nursing or related field required (Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or management) is required.
- DNP or PhD preferred
- Required Experience: Minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience in clinical, management and leadership roles within hospital operations.
- Previous Magnet Experience preferred.
- Nurse Executive Board Certificate within 12 months of hire OR Nurse Executive Advanced Certificate within 12 months of hire
- CA Registered Nurse License
- Engage nursing and other leaders across the organization in the development, agreement, and success of shared goals.
- Assist in the development of innovative strategic and tactical plans for nursing and clinical performance.
- Participate in the optimization of clinical pathway models with nursing and other leaders to gain maximum efficacy and support for patient care and service.
