• Required Education: Masters degree in Nursing or related field required (Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or management) is required.
  • DNP or PhD preferred
• Required Experience: Minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience in clinical, management and leadership roles within hospital operations.
• Previous Magnet Experience preferred.
• Nurse Executive Board Certificate within 12 months of hire OR Nurse Executive Advanced Certificate within 12 months of hire
• CA Registered Nurse License
