Description
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer multi-line phone system, filing duties, process new vehicle arrivals and dealer trades.
Shifts that need coverage:
Monday and Wednesday: 3pm to 7pm
Tuesday,Thursday and Friday: 3pm to 6pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 5:00pm (lunch included)
Shifts are split among 1 other receptionists. Must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays per month.
Qualifications

High school degree or the equivalent

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Excellent verbal and written communication

Experience with MS Office Suite

Previous experience with multi-line phone system
