Responsibilities:

Plan and direct sales team training

Provide coaching, training, and high-level leadership to the team

Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team

Establish and promote a successful sales strategy so the team achieves its goals

Meet with the sales team to help in setting individual sales targets

Manage the activities and performance of the sales team

Be a helping hand in assisting specialists in preparing offers

Generate timely sales reports

Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly

Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation strategies

Manage CRM

Oversee all incoming leads daily ensuring prompt response and connection

Manage On-Call Schedule

Oversee Answering Service

Track pending transactions daily

Qualifications:

One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred

Have prior experience in sales

Team leadership ability nurturing a positive and productive culture

Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal

Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy

Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
