Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is Hiring a MGR - BEACH (SEASONAL) Near Atlantic, NJ

Overview:

It is the responsibility of the Beach Manager to direct and lead the daily Beach operations ensuring the delivery of excellent guest experience. The Beach manager will be responsible for forecasting, planning and managing the Beach staff.

Responsibilities:

Manage all beach bar employees and day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Assist with the purchase of goods and continuously make necessary improvements
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively
Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures
Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Work closely with the security team and ensure that crowd control is a priority
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Two (2) to four (4) years of beverage management experience in a high volume, trendy establishment required or a combination of education and/or work experience
Must be able to analyze Beverage data
Must be able to demonstrate and deliver a high level of service to our guests
Must be able to tolerate a variety of extreme weather conductions
Strong computer skills to include MS word, excel, and POS Systems
Serve-safe food handlers certification required
Currently hold or have the ability to obtain a Casino Employee Registration issued by the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement.
