Assisted Living facility, located on Long Island is seeking a PT Receptionist for our front desk. This position is not a summer position. This position is the first contact visitors, guests, residents and vendors have with the facility so the ideal candidate must be mature, outgoing, positive, polite, dependable and have a professional demeanor. Candidate must provide excellent customer service, handle incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate person, be proficient on the computer and must be able to multi-task. Ideal candidate would be able to help cover shifts when someone is out and able to take on shifts as they become available. Currently we are looking for someone for Sundays, 7:30am - 4pm with availability to cover shifts as needed. Experience preferred. Vaccination is required.
