On-Site Billing Specialist The Purpose : In an On-Site Billing Specialist role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records for the property. Key Role Responsibilities :

• Verify, allocate and post details of business transactions to accounting system
• Interact with residents, answering questions concerning rent and / or utility payments and / or service charges made to the resident
• Manage delinquencies / collections
• Ensure income generated from collections is being deposited daily Primary Requirements Include :
• Business or accounting-related Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of related experience
• Advanced skills with Excel
