```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
```Skills```
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Proficiency in using OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Knowledge of food service standards and practices
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety guidelines
- Ability to handle guest services professionally and efficiently
- Experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing
- Understanding of proper food handling procedures
