Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Opportunity in Miami with Moving Benefits

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and data analysis to develop effective intervention plans.

Implement and supervise behavioral intervention programs for individuals with special needs.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.

Provide training and supervision to support staff and behavior technicians.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other health professionals.

Stay up to date on best practices and trends in behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.

Requirements:

  • Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) License issued by the BACB.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in assessment and treatment of challenging behaviors in individuals with developmental disorders or other special needs.
  • Active Medicaid ID provider in Florida (If it is not active for the State of Florida, once you are advanced in the process we will help you activate it)
  • Recent work experience with Medicaid cases
  • Strong skills in developing and following individualized treatment plans.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to clinical excellence, professional ethics and continuous professional development.

Moving Benefits:

  • We cover moving expenses of 3,000 USD
  • We provide 2,200 USD for rent for three months to facilitate your transition to Miami
  • Monthly contribution of $100 for your health insurance.
  • A $3,500 bonus will be awarded once you have completed one year of service with us.

Payment information: We offer you two contracting options

  • W2, choosing this modality we offer a salary of 43 usd per hour for one year
  • 1099, choosing this modality we offer a rate of 50 usd per hour for one year

Relevant information:

Work schedule: full time (40 hours per week)

It will be a requirement to sign an exclusivity contract with our company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
