Happy Island PPEC is Hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Near North Miami, FL

- Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments to inform the development of behavior intervention plans

- Implement and oversee the execution of behavior intervention plans

- Provide supervision and support to paraprofessionals and other team members

- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the development and modification of individualized treatment plans

- Monitor and analyze behavior data to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention strategies

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and assessments

- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of treatment goals

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning discussions

- Stay current with developments and best practices in behavior analysis

Requirements

- Hold a current and valid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) license

- Clinical experience in behavior analysis, preferably with individuals with autism or developmental disorders

- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with licensing regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60.00 per hour
