📝 Responsibilities
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs).
Analyze data to inform and adjust treatment strategies.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
🎓 Qualifications
•Current BCBA certification.
•At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA.
•Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders.
•Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
•Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area.
