Pay : $23/hour to start $.65/mile over 40 miles per day (20 miles each way).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Promotional Representative to join our team. As a Promotional Representative, you will be responsible for visiting retailers that sell our Happy Fruit gummies, training the staff, and encouraging sales to customers. Your role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, increasing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners. Responsibilities:

• Promo/Brand ambassadors
• Manage a territory of stores promotional days and materials
• Engage with consumers, educate them about Happy Fruit's products, and create brand awareness within the community.Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering an outstanding experience.
• Promote re-orders
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth event setup and takedown.
• Maintain accurate records of surveys and feedback
• Commute up to 30 miles each way daily.
• Conduct regular visits to retailers that sell Happy Fruit gummies to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Train retail staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail partners, acting as the main point of contact for any product-related inquiries or issues.
• Implement promotional strategies and initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying new opportunities for product placement and promotion.
• Represent the company and brand professionally at all times, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in the industry, specifically in promotional events.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for promoting products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings, as required by event schedules.
• Local market knowledge and familiarity with LA areas is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong presentation and training abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
• Proficiency in Google Suite products.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
