Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic bartenders, servers, and barbacks to join our team as our Catering Staff. As a Catering member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events and providing exceptional customer service to attendees. This is a paid position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in event management and hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup, including arranging seating, decorations, and equipment
- Welcome and direct guests to their designated areas
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Manage food service stations, ensuring cleanliness and replenishing supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist with crowd control and conflict management, if necessary
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth event operations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

- MUST HAVE THREE (3) Years of Catering experience in NYC
- Events management: Knowledge of event planning and coordination processes
- Food service: Experience in serving food and beverages at events or restaurants
- Conflict management: Ability to handle difficult situations or resolve conflicts calmly and professionally
- Hospitality: Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Customer service: Three or more years experience in providing exceptional customer service in various settings
