Hansen Buildings is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Fargo, ND

Hansen Pole Buildings, LLC is an iconic brand and market leader in the post frame building industry. We are looking for talented Office Administrator located in our newly opened West Fargo, ND office.

If the answers to these questions are “yes” — then you may have a future as an Office Administrator with the originator and nationwide leader of Internet Pole Building Kit Package sales – Hansen Pole Buildings.

You will be working alongside our sales team, engineering team, drafters and our clients.

Excellent phone and Email communication skills required. Some of the job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard office procedures
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.

We are currently seeking to fill 1 shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of office administrative tasks and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of construction industry practices is beneficial
- Familiarity with data entry and basic office management tasks
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and provide professional phone etiquette
- Flexibility to assist with various office tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
