We are recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for our San Antonio Financial Services and Retirement Planning office.

About the role:

The Marketing Coordinator assists in deploying marketing strategies and content creation to grow our client base and area profile. They also promote consistency and quality in branding, internally and externally, and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
• Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Support the planning and execution of events, seminars and workshops.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to identify areas for competitive advantage.
• Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Make outbound calls to prospects, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team.
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer care.
• Assist with general administrative duties.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2-3 years) working in marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and marketing software/tools.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including some evenings and occasional Saturdays to assist with seminars, workshops and client events.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
• Experience with SnappyKraken, Constant Contact, Redtail, and SalesForce is a plus.
• TX Department of Insurance “General Lines Agent” license is a plus.
• Series 65 license is a plus.

Pay: From $43,000.00 per year
