SalarySalary Range: $36,099- $59,560 /Annualized, commensurate with education, experience and qualifications.
Hours per WeekExempt Position: 40 hours per week.

Essential FunctionsFunction: To develop outreach activities and maintain a quality-marketing program.
Duties:- Responsible for all marketing assigned programs. Develops, enhances, and implements new and existing market approaches for attracting visitors, stakeholders, participants, clients and purchasers to various programs and products.
- Develops and implements a comprehensive and aggressive marketing plan.
- Aids in the coordination and management of special events as assigned.
- Analyzes and targets market segments.
- Develops tools for marketing efforts.
- Conducts marketing activities.
- Supports assigned programs.
- Conducts market research in support of marketing plans and program objectives.
- Designs promotions and advertising. Coordinates promotional areas of web site. Works with UTSA IED Communications in all new design and web site content.
- Performs stakeholder/community/client contact relations.
- Works with internal departments concerning upcoming products and programs.
- Develops marketing reports and assists in program's grant writing as assigned.
- Develops communications in support or assigned programs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Additional experience to substitute for required education: 1 year experience = 1 year education.
- Three years experience in marketing, promotions, client engagement &/or public relations.
Preferred Qualifications- Three years experience in marketing, promotions, client engagement &/or public relations.
- Four years experience in marketing, promotions or public relations.
Working ConditionsThis position will be primarily located:
Hybrid-Regularly: This position will require working both remotely and on campus (approximately five or more days on campus per month). Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility. Applicants must be adaptable and open to working in both environments.
Position is primarily located: UTSA 1604 Campus, San Antonio TX.
