We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner - Remote, who will support the Southwest Region. The candidate must be based near a major city in the territory (TX, CO, NM, UT, AZ.) Acting as a trusted adviser and thought leader to the business leadership team, the Senior HR Business Partner will coach senior leaders, managers, and employees, while delivering talent, leadership and organizational solutions that drive business outcomes. This includes ensuring the team is optimally structured, supporting leadership and employee development, and planning/executing strategic HR initiatives. This person will be an expert at driving large-scale change management, talent management and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role also includes responsibilities for regular talent activities (e.g., performance cycles, compensation planning, engagement surveys, etc), performance, and employee relations matters with high sensitivity

Your Impact
    Establish excellent relationships with business leaders and employees in assigned client groups to build an understanding of their strategies, challenges, opportunities, and needs.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with business client groups and across the HR team to ensure consistent alignment with goals and priorities and to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Analyze data, metrics, and trends in partnership with business leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Influence talent decisions by keeping a pulse on the business, market, and industry trends.
  • Identify gaps in current talent and help leaders anticipate and plan for future needs.
  • Coach management on people-related matters including employee relations, conflict resolution, company policy interpretation, and management principles.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and advice in performance-related matters. Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Foster the company's culture while encouraging open and transparent communications.
  • Drive organizational design decisions and lead change management and communication plans.
  • Implement employee engagement activities for client group.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of integrated talent solutions that drive positive changes across the organization.
  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition, maintain rigor in selection & assessment practices ensuring that appropriate tools are used to support the hiring decision-making process.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is required. Masters degree/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Eight (8) years of progressive responsibility in human resources disciplines including organizational effectiveness, change management, talent management with demonstrated success in HR business partnering, preferably within a dispersed multi-location entity. Prior experience managing people is also preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Pay range of $105,000 to $130,000 annual bonus: up to 10% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
