Could This Be For You?

This role will provide leadership support for our Columbus, OH clinic while focusing on the patient experience within the clinic. You will lead the administrative and front desk staff, manage day-to-day administrative work and ensure patients, providers, and referral sources feel welcome and part of the Hanger family during their time with us.

Compensation for this role will start at $19/hr DOE.

Your Impact

• Monitor day-to-day documentation and compliance.
• Enforce compliance with internal SOX controls and HIPAA Privacy Rules to ensure the privacy and security of protected health information
• Review clinical documentation to ensure the payer needs are met
• Communicate payer updates, issues, or potential issue to the Operations Manager in timely manner

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience hiring, supervising, training, and coaching others
• 2 years administrative and/or customer/patient service
• A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Preferred

• Associate degree in healthcare management or related field
• Supervising/managing experience in a multi-site environment
