Handyman / Maintenance Tech, Full Time, $30 - $45/hr.
We are looking for additional extremely well-rounded and competent handymen to join our team. You must be able to do most of the trades very well and of exceptional quality in a timely fashion.
Salary: $30 - $45/hr.

- A genuine person, a person who is proud and honest.
- A person who is a people person and gets along with people well.
- Have great hygiene and be well-groomed.
- No chronic substance abuse issues.
- Chronically on time.
- Be able to independently complete handyman jobs to high standards without supervision.
