Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are local growing Property Management company that has been serving local HOA and condo communities since 1987. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs or complete assorted maintenance tasks at various assigned locations. Projects include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical work, painting, drywall, carpentry, groundskeeping or general clean up.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to prepare an estimate on scope of work along with a timeline and approximate cost of project.
• Ability to work independently to manage and successfully complete multiple concurrent projects.
• Exhibit solid decision-making and problem-solving skills and excellent customer service to produce quality results.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-5 years successful work history or proven skills as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, Professional Handyman or related profession.
• Must have own set of tools to perform required assignments.
• Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred), valid drivers license and insurance.
• Professional customer service skills and appearance to interact in a positive manner with a variety of customers.
• Must be able to climb ladders or stairs and lift, carry, pull or occasionally move objects up to 65 pounds.
• Must be knowledgeable of and follow all safety protocols in completion of tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
