We are seeking Full-time Facility Maintenance Technician 1st Shiftfor Michael Angelo’s Warehouse team in Austin, TX (North Austin near Round Rock).

Responsibilities include:

Repair and maintain both manufacturing Plant and Office resources which includes, but is not limited to:

o Commercial plumbing skills

o Commercial electrical skills

o Commercial building repairs

o Able to write and document reports

o Perform and complete work orders

In addition, the Facility technicians will continuously look for ways to improve safety, maximize equipment efficiencies, and assist in cost reductions methods by providing innovated ideals, preventative and predictive maintenance.

Have an active role in the implantation of the Preventative Maintenance Program

Complete accurate and timely documentation of maintenance records

Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures

Follow SQF and company guidelines to produce a safe and quality product

What Qualifications do you bring?

• 2-5 years’ prior experience in Facility Repairs and maintenance
• Able to trouble-shoot electrical, plumbing, building repairs
• Experience with computerized or automated controls and ability to read schematics.
• Self motivated, detail oriented and ability to work with little supervisor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, twist, climb and kneel throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift
• Ability to work in hot/wet conditions and temperatures that fluctuate between 33 and 80 degrees.
