Job Description:
Hands Free Security LLC is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team. The Lead Generator will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential leads within the target market segments of HOA communities and residential properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and online research to generate a steady flow of leads within the HOA communities and residential sectors.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine lead generation strategies.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HOA board members, property managers, homeowners, and other decision-makers to understand their security needs and position Hands Free Security LLC as the preferred solution provider.
• Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing their requirements, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to ensure alignment with the company's offerings and capabilities.
• Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads through follow-up calls, emails, and personalized communication to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and guide them through the sales funnel.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide relevant insights to facilitate the conversion process.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, prospect interactions, and sales pipeline progress using CRM software or other tracking tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the security industry or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
