Position: Field Sales Representative

Compensation: Commission-based (uncapped potential)

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and approach local businesses to sell advertising space in City Pulse newsletter.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Present advertising opportunities and benefits to potential advertisers.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, advertising sales, or related roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales pipeline efficiently.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and in-person client meetings.
