Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Houston/Clear Lake Area, in the Baybrook Village Shopping Center, has openings for Spa Receptionists for full-time positions . We are looking for candidates with **direct phone booking experience** . If you are outgoing, enthusiastic, responsible, dependable, and have strong communication skills, then we would like to speak with you!
Responsibilities:
- Offer memberships, gift cards, and enhancement services (must meet minimum sales quotas)
- Provide excellent customer service
- Welcome members and guests upon arrival and build client relationships
- Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facial services
- Educate members and guests about spa services, products, and policies
- Sales and customer service experience
- Strong Phone Skills a must
- Membership sales experience a plus
- Be able to effectively communicate with members and guests about membership benefits,
- Good computer skills with ability to master new programs quickly
- Zenoti experience a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and Holidays
