Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
This is a commission based job that ranges from $25k to $200k per year, depending on your ability to help people find the right car.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right vehicle
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Recommend additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Maintain a clean and organized sales lot, including restocking vehicles
-- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of electronics or technology products is a plus
- Strong cash handling skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Technical sales experience is desirable
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) would be an asset
