Assistant Manager at Hand and Stone Spa

We're currently seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to support our operations and ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Sell memberships
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Support the Spa Manager in various duties
- Train and supervise spa staff to uphold our standards of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the spa, hospitality, or retail industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
