**Customer Service Representative**
If putting a smile on someone's face puts one on yours, you belong on our team. We seek confident, compassionate, and positive people to help assist our customers. Prior insurance knowledge not required.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Ensures each Client receives outstanding service
* Participates, and supports, agency missions and processes.
* Learns carriers and insurance products.
* Engages with Clients to assess their needs
* Accesses necessary resources to address Client concerns and make appropriate suggestions in a clear and patient manner
* Identifies and suggests additional products to Clients to meet their needs
* Connects customers to sales agents for additional policy needs.
* Documents contact summaries.
* Manages customer communication databases.
* Participates with retention processes.
* Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Previous experience in the retail or service industry
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Self-driven, consistent, and committed
* Friendly and professional
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize Clients and tasks.
* Time management and organizational skills.
* Success in working in a team environment.
* Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
* Ability to multi-task
* Computer skills and knowledge of database software
* High-level typing skills
