Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and to their satisfaction
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle phone calls and reservations with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct night audits to verify guest accounts and ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is an asset
