Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure efficient operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Skills:

- Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficient in using CMMS software to manage work orders and track maintenance activities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong leadership abilities to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
