****Mid America Lodging Group has a GM position open at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Sterling Heights, MI located at 36400 Van Dyke Ave.---EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

• This role requires a 6 day work week, 9 hours daily, one weekend off per month with healthcare, vacation, and bonuses.
• MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 years of Hotel Management experience.
• Candidates must reside locally to be considered and must be ready to assume role by within two weeks of accepting position.

The GM is responsible for ensuring that all departments are adequately staffed and running efficiently per the brand standards as well as the company's requirements. The leader handles staffing needs, inventory, billing, AR accts, scheduling, rate structures, brand communication and customer care.

GM certifications with IHG, Marriott, and Hilton will allow for a higher starting annual salary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
