We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, taking reservations, and responding to inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding area.
• Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
• Process payments for guests' accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Hotel experience: 2 years (Preferred)
