Breakfast Supervisor and Catering ManagerGeneral OverviewThe main responsibilities of a Breakfast Supervisor are to ensure that our guests receive exceptional services when enjoying our complimentary breakfast and all catering and group orders.

The ideal candidate for the role has a warm and caring personality, leads by example, and is always ready to support the team.

This position reports to our Director of Operations and is a critical leader on our team. This team member will work closely with our Sales team to plan and execute catering events for our meeting room.

• You are 18 years of age or older
• ServSafe Food Safety Manager Creditional (recommended)

• Setting up and breaking down each morning's breakfast buffet
• Cooking food and replenishing throughout service, ensuring buffet items and coffee bar remain well-stocked
• Maintaining the safety and appearance of the buffet area and cleaning the area in preparation for the next day.
• Provide a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere to guests.
• Inventory - Responsible for ordering and maintaining breakfast / catering inventory
• Brand Standards - Responsible for adhering to Hilton Brand Standards, attending all webinars, and updating offerings as directed
• Staffing - Responsible for maintaining a department with 3-5 team members; this includes scheduling, reviewing, and hiring.
